FAQs
Can I pick my own colours?
Sure you can, for a £15 extra we'll make a colour scheme just for you that no-one else will ever have. We recommend looking at Adobe's Colour Kuler to help you start picking colours that we'll be able to translate to print. Or simply contact us to discuss your custom order.
What's the print quality like?
Each print is a Giclée fine art print, on 300gsm archival matte paper. Colours are printed very deep onto a completely flat surface, meaning it looks great once framed. The paper colour is slightly off white, think alabaster or bone.
Do they fit IKEA Frames?
Although we recommend getting your prints professionally framed (we know some places too), we do offer imperial measure prints to fit IKEA frames. See the 16x24, 20x24, 24x36, and 33x47 inch options of each print for prices.
How long does it take to print/arrive?
We send files to print once a week on Monday afternoon, and post on the Thursday the same week. You should receive them 2-3 days later. A fast service is available for those in a hurry, please enquire about this before purchasing.
Do you post them out flat or rolled?
The A5 and A4 sizes are posted flat, A3 or larger is posted in a reinforced tube.
Why is the postage a flat £5?
As Big Cartel won't let you place different postage amounts onto the same items, its impossible to set a different postage value on each size. £5 covers A3 sizes and above. If you're ordering an A5 or A4 print, use the code A5A4DELIVERY for 20% discount from your order.
* Just don't use this code for any other prints, we'll only ask you to pay the extra 20% later :)
I hear you deliver for free in Leith, is this true?
You heard right! For A3 or larger simply enter the code FREEFORLEITH and we'll drop it off at a time that suits you (within reason). How do you like them apples?
* If you're not in the EH6 or EH7 postcode, don't even think about using that code, the hand delivery doesn't stretch that far.
